The Maryland Health Care Commission (MHCC or the Commission) collects and maintains information on a number of health care services in Maryland, which is available for use by the public. Databases maintained by the Commission that contain individually identifiable health information are available to the requestors upon approval by an institutional review board (IRB). Databases that do not include individually identifiable health information are available to be downloaded without IRB approval.
